1. Acceptance of Terms
Cuesic is provided by Cuesic App LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Cuesic", "we" or "us"). By creating an account on Cuesic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
Cuesic is a platform for discovering and sharing EDM events and music. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Cuesic account. Anyone can browse events and music in the app without an account.
4. Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By posting, you grant Cuesic a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. Cuesic has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report or block another user from the "…" menu on their profile, or by pressing and holding their name in search results. We review reports promptly, and accounts that violate these terms will have their content removed and may be suspended or permanently banned.
5. Sponsored Content and Third-Party Links
Cuesic shows sponsored banners, which are labelled "Sponsored". Ticket links, sponsored banners and other links in the app can take you to third-party websites and apps that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Any ticket purchase is between you and the seller.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Referral Raffle Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: Open to registered Cuesic users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees of Cuesic and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: This is an ongoing, rolling promotion, with entries counted on a monthly basis unless otherwise announced in the app. Cuesic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time.
How to Enter: Entries are earned for free by referring friends to join Cuesic using your unique referral code, as described on the Refer Friends screen. Up to 5 successful referrals count toward entries each calendar month. No payment or purchase of any kind is required to enter or to win.
Prizes: Prizes consist of event tickets and/or other rewards as described in the app at the time of the promotion. The approximate retail value of prizes varies and will be disclosed to winners at the time of prize notification. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries by Cuesic staff. Winners will be notified via the app or the email/contact information associated with their account.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Cuesic's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Cuesic reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and Cuesic, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, except where it conflicts with these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
